Clipart can be made into seamless files for commercial use or any other digital items for sale. Must be in completed format and made into something. You are not allowed to resale the digital art alone OR on a solid white background (including seamless files with plain white backgrounds.)
No changing formats, colors, or designs. No changing the art at all. No Claiming it as your own hand drawn designs.
